After sales management
From the customer inquiry to series production, managing the applicable requirements in matter of quality, cost and time.
In our understanding it is mandatory to fully understand our customer demand to discuss and release suitable requirements and solution concepts.
In managed processes agreed service contents are defined, tracked and reported for full transparency and customer involvement.
We stand for predictable and transparent process results respecting customer and market demands and needs for adaptation – full control on quality, cost and time.
Surface Mounted Technology
Our SMT machine park is optimally equipped and offers us the opportunity to produce efficiently, quickly and with high quality:
2 lines Siplace SX (SX1, SX1, SX2)
1 Siplace S20 line (S20, S20, F4)
Our SMT assembly lines offer scalability and flexibility. Short-term orders or order changes are no problem for us – new products can be introduced and implemented quickly. The relevant data is imported and the assembly process is simulated in advance to prevent errors. With a changing table system and appropriate pre-setting, set-up changes can be carried out without interruption. Our modern, fully automated components warehouse shortens preparation time. Fast production of your products and the avoidance of missing parts also reduce the costs of electronics production.
We can assemble surface mounted components ranging in size from 0.5 x 0.25 mm (0201) to approximately 100 x 100 mm. The components are positioned with high precision (tolerance < 22µm). If desired, we can also equip SMD circuit boards from both sides. Depending on the assembly, an assembly output of around 150,000 components per hour is possible. This corresponds to 65 million components per month in a 2-shift system.
Through Hole Technology
When it comes to THT production, flexibility is our priority. A wide variety of customer requirements can be met with our machines:
Universal Radial-8 Model 6380A
THT assembly line HOC 200
We assemble up to 8,000 components per hour. This corresponds to 3.36 million components per month with a 3-shift load. The component spectrum ranges from wired standard parts to special components such as transformers, chokes, transformers or sockets. The grid dimensions are always variable.
Hand Assembly
Our modern, IT-supported manual assembly stations enable precise and quick assembly of components. We also achieve time savings through various processes when mechanically separating the necessary components.
Special machines for pre-assembly make it easier for us to prepare the components for manual assembly. This applies, for example, to riveting or pressing in individual components. Preparation machines are also used for cutting, bending, beading and shaping axial and radial components.
Soldering
All necessary soldering processes for permanently fixing the components on the circuit board are carried out precisely in our company.
In SMT production, we use the latest reflow soldering technology to minimize the thermal load on the components and circuit boards, which increases the quality of our products. With ten heating zones, a large number of components can be soldered at the same time. Four cooling zones ensure faster cooling and accelerate the soldering process.
We work in the field of wave soldering with a lead-free full tunnel system. A split conveyor belt allows soldering at different transport speeds.
In order to be able to selectively control the amount of flux and the soldering time for each individual soldering point, we also use the selective soldering process with two modern, lead-free systems. Double-sided SMD-equipped assemblies can be easily soldered with a short distance to wired components.
Finishing
Optical test
To test the circuit board, we use the OptiCon AdvancedLine in-line AOI system with a telecentric lens and 4-color lighting. This allows for maximum error detection. The area inspection performance is 60cm2/s. An oblique camera ensures that raised IC pins do not go undetected.
In addition, X-ray testing (X-Ray) is used. SMT and THT solder joints are checked for other possible errors.
In addition to the mechanical inspection of the assembled circuit boards, our employees carry out a visual inspection. Particular attention is paid to the soldering points and the alignment of the individual components. Possible re-soldering is carried out using the most modern soldering equipment including nitrogen support and PC-guided work instructions.
Electrical testing
The electrical function of the produced assemblies can be ensured using various test methods. We use in-circuit test systems, flying probe, boundary scan as well as automatic and manual functional test systems. Our aim is a zero-error strategy, so that only functional assemblies leave our company.
Mechanical machining
In order to protect the fully assembled and tested circuit board from possible environmental influences and, if necessary, mechanical stress, it can then be painted over the entire surface. For this we use our fully automatic painting system DIMA HC 200 with paint quantity monitoring. The painting system also has two tank systems for different paints. An infrared heater is used to gently dry the circuit board.
