Your Mission
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
- Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to quickly resolve issues
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Conduct sales discussions, product presentations, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create sales reports and assist with forecasts and budget planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotion measures
- Support the Senior Sales Team with key accounts and complex projects
- Participate in internal meetings and training to further develop your skills
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- Initial professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications sector
- Strong communication skills and negotiation talent
- High customer orientation and a confident demeanor
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented work style
- Team player and flexible
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce
