Your mission

  • Support as the right hand of our purchasing department: You ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes  
  • Process order confirmations: Your diligence ensures that our orders are processed on time  
  • Check invoices: You ensure correct financial transactions on a daily basis 
  • Manage items in the ERP system: you maintain precise item data for accurate stock management and process product changes (PCNs)  
  • Communicate with suppliers: You are the contact person for efficient collaboration  
  • Work independently with disposition: you recognize shortages early on and find solutions
  • Trigger smaller orders: If necessary, you initiate orders on your own responsibility

 

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed professional training
  • Ideally you have already gained experience in purchasing
  • You have very good written and spoken German skills, and English is a plus
  • Personally, you will impress us with your ability to work in a team, flexibility and communication skills
