Your mission
- Support as the right hand of our purchasing department: You ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes
- Process order confirmations: Your diligence ensures that our orders are processed on time
- Check invoices: You ensure correct financial transactions on a daily basis
- Manage items in the ERP system: you maintain precise item data for accurate stock management and process product changes (PCNs)
- Communicate with suppliers: You are the contact person for efficient collaboration
- Work independently with disposition: you recognize shortages early on and find solutions
- Trigger smaller orders: If necessary, you initiate orders on your own responsibility
Your profile
- You have successfully completed professional training
- Ideally you have already gained experience in purchasing
- You have very good written and spoken German skills, and English is a plus
- Personally, you will impress us with your ability to work in a team, flexibility and communication skills
