Your mission
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
- Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
- Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities
- Conducting sales meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation and contract negotiations
- Analyzing market and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities
- Preparing sales reports and assisting with forecasts and budget plans
- Working with the marketing team to develop sales promotions
- Supporting the senior sales team with key accounts and complex projects
- Participate in internal meetings and trainings to further develop skills
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
- First professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High customer orientation and a self-confident manner
- Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
