Your Mission
- Managing employment law and people-related matters, including contract drafting, terminations, hiring, and compliance
- Overseeing collaboration with temporary staffing agencies
- Supporting the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment and contract management to onboarding, development, retention, offboarding, and post-employment support
- Ensuring compliance with and further developing People & Culture guidelines
- Implementing data protection policies and delivering related training sessions
- Supporting workplace health management initiatives
- Coordinating fleet management
- Assisting with payroll processing and time tracking
- Serving as the main point of contact for site-specific services in Hartmannsdorf, including the canteen and reception
- Acting as a trusted business partner for managers and employees on all People & Culture matters
Your Profile
- A degree in People & Culture, business law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational People & Culture, with a focus on employment law and payroll
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- A structured, solution-oriented approach with a high level of initiative
- Strong communication and advisory skills, paired with a hands-on mentality
