Your mission
- You work with digital and data-driven processes to ensure
good customer service. - You review the Customer Journey with the aim of helping customers
and identifying problems. - You are responsible for introducing current solutions to customers,
with presentations and training. - You adapt products based on market and customer feedback and
perform competitive analysis. - You are in close exchange with partners and other business segments
to create perfect customer solutions.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in information technology
or a comparable course of study. - You have several years of professional experience in telecommunications,
ideally in the areas of virtualization, 5G networks, cloud, and edge computing. - You have very good German as well as English communication skills,
both written and spoken. - As a team player, you are open to change and willing to learn new things.
