Your mission

  • You are our specialist and legal contact person for all matters related to corporate law, with a particular
    focus on contract management      
  • Direct point of contact for our board of directors and executive management  
  • Contract management and review of agreements with national and international customers and service providers
  • Communicating legal content in an understandable manner to other departments and actively engaging
    with our business partners
  • Responsible for adapting and updating contract templates and other legally relevant documents
  • Participation and support in the context of digitization processes
  • Examination and analysis of legal developments, legislative changes, and case law to assess legal risks

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in law (Staatsexamen, LLM, or diploma): Your academic qualification
    forms the basis for your legal success
  • First professional experience in the legal field is advantageous: Ideally, you bring solid knowledge and
    practical experience
  • Enjoyment of project work and a focus on current legal issues within the company: You see challenges as
    opportunities to further develop your skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: You navigate digital tools effortlessly
  • Process-oriented and cross-functional thinking, as well as excellent conceptual skills: Your thinking is strategic
    and interconnected
  • Quick grasp of legal matters and the ability to present them simply and convincingly for audience-appropriate
    communication: You master the art of conveying complex issues in an understandable manner.     
  • Structured work approach and a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness: Precision and quality are
    not just words for you
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a confident yet friendly demeanor:
    Your communication is convincing and establishes trust.     
  • Very good German language skills, good English language skills in both spoken and
    written form: You effortlessly master both languages
