Your mission
- Your tasks will include creating detailed project plans including schedules, budget calculations and resource planning. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You also identify and manage project risks and hurdles
- In addition, you regularly coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on schedules, budgets and technical issues. You organize and conduct meetings to monitor the progress of the project and ensure that everyone involved is on the same page. You involve experts and specialist departments in technical issues
- You will also coordinate cooperation between various departments and external partners such as EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) provider Newtal, Teleconnect and others. You will ensure effective communication and collaboration between all project participants
- You will also build and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers. Regular updates and reports on the project status are also part of your tasks. You also process customer requirements and feedback
- You collect, check and prepare all relevant technical documents for integration into the ERP system. You ensure that all data is complete and correct in order to guarantee smooth production.
- Another important part of your tasks is the maintenance and administration of master data in the ERP system proAlpha. You ensure the data integrity and up-to-dateness of the information in the ERP system
- You will prepare regular reports on project progress, budgets and milestones
- You analyze and report on project results to management and use reports to identify improvement opportunities and optimize future projects
Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably in electrical engineering or another technical profession
- Knowledge of electronic components is an advantage
- As an IT-savvy person, you already have ERP knowledge and are confident with MS Office
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You are a team player who is open to change
- You enjoy interacting with different contacts and steering processes in the right direction
