Your mission

  • Conducting price negotiations, contract discussions and delivery date agreements with suppliers
  • Monitoring the procurement of materials for all parts groups and ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Reviewing and approving purchase orders and managing supplier communications, including evaluating and selecting suppliers
  • Promoting a cooperative and efficient working environment
  • Continuous improvement through regular performance reviews and market analyses
  • Conducting annual negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable conditions
  • Ensuring long-term, sustainable supplier relationships and monitoring market trends with regard to price developments and new products
  • Strategic input on inventory management, product substitution and sales strategies

 

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in purchasing, preferably in a management position
  • Expertise in working with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proven experience in purchasing electronic components
  • Management experience, especially in leading teams of up to 10 employees
  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification in business administration, electronics or a related field
  • Strong affinity for technical processes and products
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on business, with a willingness to travel of around 10%
