Your mission
- Fault acceptance and processing: You are responsible for the efficient
acceptance and processing of faults and the monitoring of our systems - Classifying technical calls: You categorize calls with technical questions and
faults and coordinate the forwarding to Field Service, including team coordination - Assisting with administrative activities: You support with administrative tasks such
as monitoring deadlines, database maintenance, complaint processing and in the
helpdesk, always in compliance with our service levels
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a basis
- You already have practical experience in a HelpDesk / ServiceDesk team
- You are confident in using the MS Office system and have good IT skills
- You are welcome as a career changer with IT knowledge in the field of
network and communication systems - You have very good written and spoken German and English skills,
other languages are an advantage - You are willing to work shifts and weekends
- A confident and professional telephone manner, good communication
skills as well as customer and service orientation with a pronounced
service awareness round off your profile
