Your mission
- You are responsible for professional installations and troubleshooting for business and private customers
- You carry out precise measurements and commission data lines such as SDSL, ADSL, E1, ATM, STM1
- You install, configure and commission routers from well-known manufacturers such as Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Thomson and Infinera
- You are responsible for the maintenance and support of digital advertising displays, power supply systems and IT equipment
- You coordinate deployment and order-related logistics and equipment management.
- You are on call to provide our customers with first-class service at all times
Your profile
- You have successfully completed training as an electrician/installer or IT systems electronics technician and/or have several years of professional experience in this field
- You have a class B driving license
- Regular on-call duty is a matter of course for you
- Ideally, you have knowledge of IP routing/switching, IP transport, WLAN and VoIP.
- You are always courteous and service-oriented when dealing with our customers
- Your friendliness and reliability impress our customers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
- A high level of commitment, independence and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
