Your mission
- You work in our People & Culture Team and Quality Team and are actively involved in the design and further development of our social intranet.
- You create and publish guidelines, templates and wiki articles based on existing documents and content contributions from our company.
- In your field of activity you work independently and regularly take part in team meetings where results, goals and plans are shared and discussed
- Where possible, you will also be involved in other administrative and organizational HR tasks.
Your profile
- You are studying human resources, economics, social sciences or are enrolled in a comparable degree program
- With a strong hands-on mentality, you would like to gain your first professional experience in Human Resources
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and have comprehensive MS Office skills
- You are eager to learn and want to contribute new ideas
- As a team player, you are open to change and willing to learn new things
