Your mission
- You will support our recruiting team in organising and managing the entire applicant management process
- You create and publish new job adverts on suitable platforms and monitor their success
- You regularly take part in jour fixe meetings with managers and communicate your updates
- With regard to the candidate experience, you communicate with talents and organise job interviews
- Research new recruiting trends and work closely with the team and other departments
- Act as a brand ambassador and participate in and organise job fairs
- You are the first point of contact for new school and university collaborations
Your profile
- You are studying human resources, economics, social sciences or are enrolled in a comparable degree programme
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and would like to gain your first professional experience in recruiting
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and have comprehensive MS Office skills
- You are eager to learn and would like to contribute new ideas
- As a team player, you are open to change and willing to learn new things
- You have a certain affinity for the topic of employer branding
